Department of Human Services assists families in need with Christmas gifts for the children. Angel Tags are hung from Christmas Trees at local businesses throughout the county. EMPTY STOCKING CLUB by WISCONSIN STATE JOURNAL YOUTH SERVICES
Distributes new holiday toys to children in need ages 16 years and younger. Distribution will be 8am-6pm on December 10 and 11, 2025 at the Alliant Energy Center. Family members may select one toy and one book for each child verified on their voucher. Apply online from October 13th to December 1st, 2025, or apply in person at the event on December 10th and 11th beginning at 10am.

The Christmas toy program is for low-income Janesville families whose children would not receive gifts during the holiday season.
