Earning Industry-Recognized Certifications: OSHA 30, Flagger, and First Aid/CPR
Her hard work paid off immediately. Deanna earned her OSHA 30, Flagger, and First Aid/CPR certifications, building a strong professional foundation for a career in traffic control and construction safety. These industry-recognized credentials equipped her with the safety knowledge, technical expertise, and confidence needed to work in high-responsibility roadway environments across Wisconsin.

Launching a Traffic Control Career with Aanaa Traffic Control
Driven by passion and purpose, Deanna stepped into her dream role by joining Aanaa Traffic Control as a trainee. What began as an entry-level opportunity quickly evolved into a thriving career in traffic control and work zone management.
Nearly three years later, Deanna has received her own company truck and taken on expanded responsibilities within the organization. She now staffs and trains new hires while confidently setting up and laying out complex work zones.
