How it Works

Funded by the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families, Emergency Assistance helps your family with cash to deal with homelessness or utility shut off notices, including instances of domestic violence and natural disaster. 

Security for Your Family

Emergency Assistance can help families avoid evictions or foreclosures, keep housing with payments for rent or mortgage, or arrange for security deposits or first month’s payment. 

Families facing utility shutoffs can find help with past due bills or disconnection notices.
