Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)
How it Works
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) is the leading workforce development program in the United States, passed by the federal government in 2014. Its goal is to train the workers that American employers need for high-paying jobs.
We start with your needs and identify the type of work you want. Then we build a path toward those goals and connect you with the resources to get there.
Re-invent Your Job Skills
Brush up your existing job skills or learn all-new ones. WIOA provides you the resources you need to succeed.
WIOA also provides supportive services to tackle obstacles that disrupt employment and education.
These include:
- Money for college
- Transportation vouchers
- Connections with local organizations
- Free training opportunities
What To Expect
The first step in your new employment journey is easy. Fill out the interest form and our staff will contact you to understand your needs and connect you with necessary resources.
