This summer, Forward Service Corporation’s Upward Bound East and Central programs will help students unleash their potential on the campus of St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI with the theme “Gateway to Your Future.” Meanwhile, across the state on the campus of UW-River Falls, UB students will be exposed to the theme “Farm to Table” with FSC’s Upward Bound West program.
Forward Service Corporation’s 2016 Upward Bound (UB) Summer Program is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of academically motivated high school students.
