How to Apply

You can apply for Wisconsin Works online or in person at a video kiosk in your county.

  • To apply in person, please call us toll-free at 1-855-733-1311 to arrange an appointment at one of our video kiosks. Walk-ins are welcome, but you may need to wait for scheduled appointments to complete before we can serve you.
  • To apply online, visit our ACCESS page to watch how to get started. Applying online will expedite the enrollment and approval process.

Activity Logs

You can fill out your W-2 Activity Logs here on our website and send them right to your case manager. Just click on the type of Activity Log you want to complete, fill it out, click submit, and we’ll take care of the rest.
