Forward Service Corporation names new Chief Executive Officer
Madison, WI, (June 30, 2023) – Forward Service Corporation, a Wisconsin non-profit employment and training organization, is excited to announce Michelle Szabrowicz as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1.
Ms. Szabrowicz joined Forward Service Corporation in 2011 and has served as Chief Financial Officer for the last eleven years. She was a key part of the team that enlarged the organization’s Wisconsin Works program to 41 counties in 2013. She holds a bachelor’s in accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is formerly a member of the Madison Public Library Foundation board of directors, now serving on the Finance Committee for the Foundation.

We are a high-performing organization and I know that we’ll continue to do that in our current programs, as well as any new initiatives.”
